A few weeks after the release of _agents with false memories_, RHK strikes
again with _step write run (alphaphone vol. 1)_ on Touch Records, a
compilation of the 6 limited vinyl 12"s. The double-cd compilation has 13
tracks and misses just 5 tracks of the vinyls (1 from _multiple
transmission_ (alpha 002), 2 from _chemical agent_ (alpha 003), 1 from
_robots+humoinds (alpha 004) and 1 from _international organisiation_
(alpha 005)). The beautiful artwork (shady pictures of old computers and
even a drummachine I don't recognize) is the only thing credited to RHK,
but trainspotters can't be fooled ! Volume 2 is expected for
december/january release.
For those of you who missed out on the 12"s, this is an excellent chance to
catch up with the groovemaster himself. Admit it, RHK is still the best
thing ever to come out of Sheffield !
